* BE sure to scroll down for still-pertinent information...* Just wanted to share a few max wind gusts thus far. These winds are simply from the pressure gradient, and have nothing to do with any thunderstorm activity. Here are the numbers:
Meridian 30 MPH
Jackson 43 MPH
Vicksburg 44 MPH
Greenville 47 MPH
Greenwood 47 MPH
Hattiesburg 35 MPH
