Double Threat Continues.....
It feels like a giant inferno outside! The double threat of both HEAT and HUMIDITY continues to spread across the southeast. Almost the entire state of Arkansas, extreme western Tennessee, and half of Mississippi is under a heat advisory today.....Actual temps are in the upper 90's, but with the very dense humidity, heat indices are ranging from 105 to 110 degrees! It feels just about hot enough to make scrambled eggs on the sidewalk!
I would expect them to carry over the advisory into Sunday afternoon as we will feel temperatures on the high end of the 90's once again.
