THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
CLARKE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI
THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF QUITMAN
LAUDERDALE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...MERIDIAN STATION...MERIDIAN

* UNTIL 615 PM CST

* AT 516 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE
HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS
WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM OKATIBEE LAKE TO 57 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF QUITMAN MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
NELLIEBURG AND MERIDIAN STATION BY 530 PM CST
MERIDIAN BY 535 PM CST
STONEWALL AND MARION BY 540 PM CST
QUITMAN BY 545 PM CST
