* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Kemper County has been cancelled. The cluster of storms has weakened and is no longer severe. Expect moderate to heavy rain in spots across the county and perhaps some small hail and gusty winds. The storms are moving northeastward at 25 mph.Labels: Severe Weather
