Dense Fog This Morning...
* Dense fog has developed across much of east Mississippi and west Alabama. I noticed a fairly thick deck on Poplar Springs Drive as I came home from work. So, be sure to take it easy on area roadways this morning.* Allow an extra 5-10 minutes to get to your destination, and be sure to leave plenty of space between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. The best advice is to use some good common sense and slow it down a bit out there. One more thing - if you run into a patch of dense fog, turn on your low beams. Using the high beams will only make it harder to see, believe it or not.
